Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of Reglyze, a SaaS platform for regulatory compliance. By creating an account, you accept them.

Reglyze provides assessment, document-generation, incident-management and compliance-steering tools. Reglyze is a decision-support tool: it does not replace legal advice or an official audit, and it never submits or files any declaration to an authority on your behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, the confidentiality of your credentials, and actions taken from your account. You agree to lawful use of the service.

Paid features are billed per the pricing in force, via Stripe. A free tier is available. Any granted early-adopter pricing is preserved under the announced conditions.

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability without absolutely guaranteeing it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid over the last twelve months.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of abusive or unlawful use.

These terms are governed by French law.
