MSP portfolio
If you’re a Managed Service Provider, you don’t manage one organisation — you manage a book of them. The MSP portfolio gives you a parent organisation whose admins can act across every client, with a consolidated view of what needs attention.
Parent & client organisations
Your MSP parent organisation holds your client child organisations. Admins of the parent automatically get access to every client they manage — no per-client membership needed. Slot usage against your plan is shown on the portfolio header.
The action center
The portfolio surfaces a consolidated action feed across all clients, ranked by severity × deadline proximity — so “what needs doing this week” is answered for the whole book at once. It pulls from every time-bound signal:
- remediation tasks coming due,
- NIS2 incident reporting steps (24h / 72h / 1-month) ticking down,
- supplier reviews falling due,
- training records expiring.
Clicking an item switches you into that client and deep-links to the relevant screen.
Weekly digest
The same feed is delivered as an optional weekly email digest every Monday — “what needs action across your clients this week” in your inbox, with overdue items called out. When white-labeling is on, the digest comes from your brand and sender address.
Per-client portfolio metrics
Beyond the action feed, the portfolio rolls up client counts, completed assessments, open work, and average maturity (subject to a small k-anonymity threshold before any aggregate is shown).
